In the same spirit of compassion, the SCMM Sisters also serve through various social works. Currently, there are 8 dormitories, 1 nursing home, 4 canteen, 2 manufacturing of school uniform, 4 orphanages, and 2 daycare that are managed with love and responsibility. Through these social works, the sisters not only provide shelter and physical needs, but also spiritual and emotional guidance to children and parents. God's love is manifested through sincere attention and selfless service.
The SCMM Sisters carry out various social works. The children living in the orphanages and dormitories are guided with sincere love without discrimination based on their backgrounds, including children from broken homes and those from economically disadvantaged families. The Sisters provide comprehensive guidance by shaping the children's character through spiritual and moral education. In addition, they are also equipped with various skills such as sewing, cooking, and music, according to their respective talents and abilities. The goal is for the children to grow into independent individuals who are useful to society.
At the nursing home, the elderly receive loving care according to their needs. The Sisters provide health services, psychological support, as well as spiritual and social assistance, so that the elderly can live their old age in peace and comfort.
Other social activities, such as managing the canteen and school uniform production, are carried out with responsibility and compassion as a means of economic empowerment and skills development. Through all these social works, the SCMM Sisters strive to embody the compassion that defines them, serving with sincere and selfless hearts to everyone they accompany.
