Working visit the Philippines

The General Council is making a working visit to the International Province and, this time, visited the community of Sisters in the Philippines.

Sisters Amy and Elisângela were warmly welcomed by Sr. Josephine, coordinator and member of the Provincial Council, who received them with joy and fraternal care.The first community visited was Marikina, where the formation house is located. During the visit, the sisters had the opportunity to visit the nursery and the SCMM Learning Center. The meeting was marked by much joy and enthusiasm.

Education is one of the pillars of the mission, and the dedication of the sisters, teachers, and collaborators in caring for the children was evident. Everyone was very happy with the presence of the visitors, who were able to witness firsthand the importance and impact of this work on the life of the local community.

It was a very special experience that strengthens fraternal bonds and renews the commitment to the educational and formative mission.
