The SCMM Elderly Home and Provincialate in Sukadono, Medan, were constructed together, prioritizing the Provincialate first, followed by the Elderly Home and a chapel. The Elderly Home provides a comfortable and joyful place for senior sisters as recognition of their years of dedication.
The community also houses medior sisters involved in the Lentera Kasih ministry, offering counseling and psychotherapy for children and adults since 2021, and developing a herbal medicine home industry to support the local community.
Junior sisters live in the community as well, assisting the elderly and pursuing studies in Medan while actively participating in ministry at the Padre Pio Parish, including catechesis, Legion of Mary accompaniment, and neighborhood prayer activities.
